No. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, pastoral counseling, or medical treatment. Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical mental health services. Coaching focuses on growth, accountability, mindset renewal, and forward movement. If you are experiencing significant mental health concerns, we encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional.

No. Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC offers virtual, faith-based coaching services that are available to clients nationwide. Coaching services are not therapy and do not replace licensed mental health care.

Anchored & Aligned (1 Session) - one 60- minute session for focused support and realignment
Rooted & Renewed (6 Sessions) - deeper growth and consistent support over time
Surrendered & Steadfast (12 Sessions) - long-term transformation, accountability, and sustained momentum (payment plan available)

Booking & Payment

Coaching sessions are scheduled through our secure online scheduling platform. After selecting your coaching package, you will choose an available date and time and complete booking through the system.

Yes. A payment plan option is available for Surrendered & Steadfast (12 Sessions) and will be displayed at checkout through our secure online scheduling platform.

No. Christ Minded Christian Coaching, LLC does not accept insurance.
Coaching services are self-pay and are not billed to insurance, as coaching is not therapy or medical treatment.
Policies, Privacy & Safety

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed sessions, or failure to attend a scheduled session will be forfeited and counted as used.

Yes. Information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (for example, risk of harm to self or others). Coaching services are not subject to HIPAA regulations.
